Here are a number of Frequently Asked Questions to answer any doubts you may have. If you are unable to find the answers to any of the questions you may have, you are welcome to send your queries to us via filling in a simple form at Contact Data. Changes and cancellation
- What happens if I want to change something in my booking? What will it cost?You can make a request to make changes to your travel arrangements, in as far as is possible, up to 28 days before the date of departure by means of a written a request. You will be charged € 15.00 for administration fees and there is a possible increase in your bookings fee. Note that only the tour leader can request any changes to the travel arrangements. To postpone a leaving date or to lessen the amount of people travelling who have already paid is regarded as a (part-)cancellation. In this case alternative cancellation fees will be applied.
- Can I still cancel my trip?Of course you are always able to cancel your trip. But we do have to charge you cancellation fees. The amount can be found in the general travel policy. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation and the terms in your cancellation insurance policy, you could possibly claim these charges with your insurance company.
- Until when can I cancel my trip without being charged for it?You can always make a cancellation, but once your trip has been booked or the paper work has been processed you will be charged a cancellation fee. See the cancellation policy.
- What do I have to do to cancel my trip?Only the tour leader can cancel the trip, and this can only be done in written form. The date your request arrives at Benvidatour is taken as the date of cancellation. You need to give us the following information: bookings number, leaving date, reason for the cancellation, the names of the people who are cancelling.
